&lt;P&gt;I have been berated by some Americans about my contention that "wore" in the above example is "acceptable" English. Is this a BE/AE difference or is "wore" always incorrect there? To me either is acceptable, and "wore" even preferable in some circumstances.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
