I think the «doesn't» <strike>reffers</strike> refers to the word «taste» only, so «has» sounds ok. Isn't it so?

No.

does not taste like
        nor have
=
       does not taste like
and does not have

Compare:

Gary does not jog nor run. (*runs).
This liquid does not look like nor feel like oil. (*feels)
Helen doesn't read nor write English. (*writes)

or can be used in place of nor in all of the sentences above, including the original doesn't taste like or have.

-------------------------------------------

I think I'd make one change: 'have' instead of 'has'

This is because of the earlier 'does not taste like nor'

--------------

'it has' - yes
