&lt;p&gt;when Ä± was a student at high school, we could make a comprehensive research on the mammals.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;that clause is correct.&amp;nbsp; but in time clauses, reason-effect clauses and contrast clauses don&amp;#39;t need tense agreement every time.&lt;/p&gt;
