Are you sure you don't mean "He (Prince) gets on with/is liked by everyone because he fulfills everyone's illusions"?

"Gets over with" doesn't seem to make sense, and is not an expression I've ever heard used like this before.

That's an unusual phrasal verb. get over = communicate, succeed in being understood, be successful in pleasing (someone).

It seems like some sort of cross between go over well and get along with.

I'd say here it means something like "Prince manages to get along with everyone".

Hi,

'He (Prince) GETS OVER WITH everyone because he fulfills everyone's illusions'
I know that OVER WITH refers to "finished,done" but I don't understand the meaning here very clear.

Could someone explain it to me?
