"A" seems reasonable considering "see about" is a phrasal verb meaning "making arrangements or to deal with something". In addition; "that" starts a noun clause.

"B" seems reasonable as a "realtive pronoun"

"C" seems reasonable as a noun clause

Only C is wrong. I can't think of a context where we'd say "I don't suppose you know what I have to see about this sitÄ±ation, do you?" I suppose someone might say "what" as a derogatory meaning for a person, but it's not a normal expression. Can explain that a bit more if you need me to.
