For example, if you take out "your company and" you would be left with the prepositional phrase "for me". So, it should be, "This will be a win-win situation for your company and me," or simply, "This is a win-win situation for us both." Hope that helps!

I or Me ?

Which one should I use, I or Me? This will be a win/win for your company and (I or Me).
