 Some of this is hard for me to understand. I've done my best. 
 1-The nail one the first finger is curved (curve the edge of it acutely.) 
 It will cause a big resistance and less impact between the finger and the flesh  because the first nail is actually longer at the corner. 
 Note: 
 If the nail is too long, the speed and ease with which the fingertip and nail attack the string is consderably diminished, because the resistance has been increased. 
 2- The second  (second what?)  will cause less resistance and completely impact between the flesh and  (what?).  Th e sound will be produced withot effort.

 You need to revise these words, because they are hard to understand. I believe you are talking about playing the guitar.
