I would say "Jesslyn" is definitely a girl, but I could be wrong. "Comy" I've never heard in my life, could go either way. "Joey" is traditionally a boy's name, but could also be a nickname for "Josephine," and really anything ending in an "EE" sound is fair game for a girl.
