Number 3 is better. None of them are really incorrect. It is just #2, to say "-to participate in" just makes it repetitive. And in #1, saying "and they are" just don't flow as smoothly because it feels like you need a comma there.

Oh, and you might want to be careful on what you really want to say. In sentence #1, you are listing all the available courses. In sentences #2 and #3, you are listing some of the available courses.

If these are just examples We have many seminars planned for you, including the ZZZ Seminar in Dongding on Sep. 5th, the *** Seminar in Dingsong on Nov. 24th, and the ZZ Seminar on Dec. 24th.

If these are the complete list, and not just examples We have many seminars planned for you. They are the ZZZ Seminar in Dongding on Sep. 5th, the *** Seminar in Dingsong on Nov. 24th, and the ZZ Seminar on Dec. 24th.

Please take a note of stylistic differences and tell me how can I write it better or correctly when listing things out while keeping the whole content in more or less one sentence (few sentences).

We have many seminars planned for you to partake in in the future and they are: ZZZ Seminar in Dongding on Sep. 5th; *** Seminar in Dingsong on Novemberr 24th, and ZZ Seminar on December 24th.
