&lt;p&gt;1. Must the &amp;quot;s&amp;quot; be included in the above underlined context for both &amp;quot;suggest&amp;quot; and &amp;quot;recommend&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. How to construct a negative sentence, is this ok? ( suggest/recommend (that) he &lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;does or do?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;not eat his meal) &lt;font color="#000000"&gt;or this (suggest/recommend he not eats or eat&amp;nbsp;his meal)&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
