It will often take the subjunctive, so "no s."

I suggest you eat that. I suggest you not eat that. I suggest he stop right there. I recommend he not take another step.

I don't know about anyone else, but it's not at all clear to me what you are asking. Maybe some complete example sentences would help.

Dear Teachers

I know that "suggest" and "recommend" is not use followed by infinitve (suggest/recommend him to eat his meal)x but instead (suggest/recommend (that) he eats his mean)

My questions are:

1. Must the "s" be included in the above underlined context for both "suggest" and "recommend"

2. How to construct a negative sentence, is this ok? ( suggest/recommend (that) he does or do? not eat his meal) or this (suggest/recommend he not eats or eat his meal)
