Clive has a good point. I believe the right word is awake. Maybe Clive can come up with a couple of better words.

Hi,

'Sober' seems like an odd word to use here. It has a number of meanings, but the most common are, I think, 'not drunk' and 'serious'.

sound has to do with the quality of sleep. enough has to do with the amount of sleep. So they don't mean the same to me.
