&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;The author chose to use the word refugee in the article about the recent massive earthquate in China that killed thousand. I don&amp;#39;t see how refugee fits in this context by the definition as above. Most of the victims are Chinese.&lt;/p&gt;
