The sentence structure needs a noun or a noun-like word, ie a gerund.&nbsp; committed to<u> the development</u>, <u>distribution</u> and <u>promotion&nbsp;</u>. . .and to <u>providing</u> . . . </font></p> <p><font color="#000000">You could use the noun &#39;provision&#39; instead of the gerund &#39;providing&#39;.</font></p> <p><font color="#0000ff"><font color="#0000ff">Furthermore to write &#39;organisation headquartered in the Isle of Man&#39; sounds strange.
