Normally, but not always, when a company interviews people it is for a particular position/job.

Hence, after the interview, friends ask - "Did you get the job" not "Did you get a job?"

The company offered her a/the job. IMO both work here

No. A job interview is not a situation where one receives grades. Here aced simply means did exceptionally well in.
