Think instead that you use commas on both sides of a non-restrictive (extra information, non-essential) part of the sentence. The commas are used to keep that part together, not to seperate anything.

Commas mark the beginning and ending of these non-restrictive phrases. I repeat: They do NOT serve to seperate the subject from the verb.

Subject and verb can be saperated only in describing subject RIGHT !

And this additional information is non-essential clauses .

Means at some instant we can add commas between subject and verb.

Am i right ?

and why i can't use winds or swinging with the rhythms of winds?

Re: Plz Correct me !

You can lift the part set off by commas entirely out of the sentence.
