To this day, although/even though we reside at opposite ends of the country, the image of our first meeting is still engraved on my memory. I may have loved him from that moment.

Thank you Ant_222 very much , but maybe my poor expression in English has led to your not understanding exactly what I mean .When I say "I could /might have loved him from that moment " I mean "Perhaps I have loved him since then"(I'm not sure thether I have loved him or not ). If you just say " I have loved him since then" without " perhaps " , it would mean I 'm sure I started loving him right at the moment we first met.
Hopefully , you will understand what I really mean, and will help me say in a correct and natural way.

I'd say: "Even today, when we live at the oposite ends of the country, our first meeting is still engraved in my memory. I have loved you since that moment. (or just "since then")"

Please help edit the following for me :
" To this day ,as/when we reside at the opposite ends of the country ,the image of our first meeting is still engraved on my memory . I could have loved him from that moment."

(Note: when saying ' To this day ,as/when we reside at the opposite ends of the country' ,I mean' To this day ,when he lives in the South of Vietnam and I live at the North of Vietnam')
