Let me unbamboozle you then.

An exclamation mark after "Thank you" is OK if you want a bright and breezy style. It would not be appropriate in a very formal letter.

"The Management" is also OK.

If that's the end of the sign-off then there should not be a comma after "The Management".

so my question is it it correct to use exclamation mark after Thank you It's optional. Use it if you want to be emphatic.

and then only Management is right or The Management Either is OK, but 'the' is probably more common.
