This is fine, but I think the original poster was talking about the use of several different relative pronouns, not the use of one pronoun multiple times.

I understand your point now. I was thinking something like this

She is a mother of three who like to go swimming in the mornining, who has been married for 6 years, who has lived in five different countries.

Surely you can invent one of your own choosing! Make a sentence like the one the original poster submitted, extending it with another relative clause. He's already got who and that. Add which somewhere. Maybe you can even get a whom or a where in your sentence, too!
