I read it as:

Paris, you're my friend and so on and so forth (things which I don't want/care to detail)

I might interpret your sentence like this:

You're my friend (and all) = You are my friend (and that would normally mean that you could expect me to do lots things to support you or your wishes)

Think of it as "Although you are my friend,..."

I like your explanation of this, but I still don't get it. Why do you have to say "you're my friend and all (attributes appertaining)" to your friend? I mean, what meaning does "all attributes appertaining" add to the base sentence?

The above is from the film "Fearless Jones." What does "and all" refer to? Does it mean "and everything?" Thanks.
