At the time of reporting, the shape was stable.-- So, I suggest avoiding 'take', which is an action. (Actually, 'have' is not my first choice either.)

Also, what do you call the shape of two B's attached back to back?-- A butterfly? A violin? Also, it is a little ludicrous to think of a 'bottom' 'facing'.

Look at the wind pressure on the screen. It's in the shape of a butterfly/violin with the bottom toward the Philippines.

Is the wind-pressure shape changing as you watch? Also, squashes come in many shapes. And, it's 'Philippines'.

1 Are there any mistakes?
2. Is there any difference between the two choices?
