He is saying 'will' but he has that British accent where 'l' sounds like 'w' so I can understand your confusion.

Hi, here is what I understand.

Now that our fifteen minutes are up, we will now switch the blender off and we will remove the glass container from the blender and using a funnel we will then pour the contents into the glass demijohn.

I am not sure about the last word, though.

It really sounds like would to me

Don't beat yourself up too much. Given his accent it comes out more like "wool" that "will" but nevertheless he means "will" so far as I can tell.

It sounds to me like he is saying "we will..."
