For any foreign key in that captioned [captioning?] table, how can we know to which primary key in another table it refers?

Actually there are only two formats, because the "COMMISSION AND AGENCY FEES" format differs a little bit in structure. But for some other expenses, the users can choose either a specific kind or even ALL (with ‘*’). Please also notice the parameters we can choose in these two reports.

When I was trying to practice with the captioning [?] tool, I was prompted for a registration key. Is there any key with which we can work further with the tool?
