I don't see a problem with it at all. It's just like sitting at the table, though some might say sitting by the bar.

And the given answer is "keyboard." To make sure, does "sitting at a keyboard" imply "sitting before/at a computer?" Is it also right to say "sitting before a keyboard?"

"sitting at a keyboard" can imply sitting in front of a computer, but not necessarily. There are a lot of musical instruments that have keyboards, hence the term, keyboard player.

I think (c) is clearly wrong, because it would be "...I'm sitting at a organ." Any of the others are possible grammatically, but I think "keyboard" is the most likely and "bar" is the least likely (especially if the question is in a test for children).

None of them are wrong. If this is a test of ones ability in English it's not a very good one.
