  My father and  I will be making you an offer. (Just ignore what comes before &amp;#39;I&amp;#39;.) 
 I and my father will be making you an offer. (Put yourself first in the sentence. It should be clear that &amp;#39;I&amp;quot; should be used.)

In the second sentence I is the subject of the sentence and that&amp;#39;s why me is wrong:   I will be making you an offer.
