A: Yes. he has the book Your sentence being a question then it should take the "have" and NOT the "has" formation

Re: Does anybody have or has?

BOTH ALL AND ANYONE CAN BE USED EITHER WITH SINGULAR VERB OR WITH PLURAL VERB. You need to review this. You've got the wrong idea about how it works. anybody is always treated as a singular, and that's the word you have to make agreement with. It's got nothing to do with converter and converters because those aren't the subjects of the sentence. does always goes with anybody . And if you are using does , you can't use has with it. See Re: Have or has . I have, you have, we have, they have, he has.
In normal speech, "anybody" would take the third person singular: If anyone has a converter, could you ...
However, as CB says in the post above yours, once you have a form of "to do" ("Does anybody..."), you use the base form of the verb: have.
He swims. Does he swim?
He has it. Does he have it?
She has one. Did she always have it?

Re: Does anybody have or has?

I thought that "have" is used when there's no plural: "does anybody have a pdf converter?" And when plural, "Does anybody has pdf converters?" I'm confused. What about this sentence? "Does anybody have/has the lyrics of the song X?" I guess "does anybody has the lyrics of the song X?" is correct. Is it right?
