The outer clause is a causative ("get"), so it has an inner clause "industries to reduce waste" which is the direct object of the causative. DO/NP OR DO/CLAUSE <br /> <br />How can I tell if something is a clause or not? I know that is has something to dto with -that, -which, -who and there are -ing-clauses.
