There are certain noun-making (-tion, -ity, etc), adjective-making (-ious, -ial, etc) and verb-making (-ize, -ate, etc) suffixes, but there are no specific rules on which is used on stems. And sometimes two parts of speech have the same form, as in your examples:

verb noun adjective

base base basic
warm warmth warm

Again, there are no rules; you'll have to explore your dictionary.

Re: Noun Verb Adjective

I have the same topic in english and i can't get it!
