I wouldn&amp;#39;t commonly say &amp;#39;fish will live in water&amp;#39; because that&amp;#39;s where you normally and always find fish. &amp;#39;Oil will float on water&amp;#39; is possible to say, because you don&amp;#39;t always or even normally find oil on water.
