I would say that the two can generally be used interchangeably with no significant difference in meaning. However, your teacher probably wants you to keep the tenses exactly the same. Your passive sentence is in the simple present tense. Your active sentence uses the present perfect, so you should try to use the present perfect in your passive sentence, too: - All of the dishes have already been  washed . He&amp;#39;s fixing my car. - My car is being fixed.  He&amp;#39;s fixed my car. - My car  has  been fixed. Almost right.
