Indefatigably , some of us inquired about why we have to do Phase I, why we don’t start researching the topic of our interest right after brainstorming ideas .   Above mentioned and many more quires sent ripples through our learning community, sparking long, impassioned discussions. Doubtless , the value of Phase I was being examined and assessed.
