What's the difference between the two sentences? Which one is better?

If one of your students has been absent for 2 days, Please inform the manager .

If any of your students has been absent for two consecutive days, Please inform the manager .

Don't use a capital P.
Say 'If any . . have . . '
A school usualy has a principal, not a manager.

The word 'consecutive' makes #2 more precise.

I prefer #2.
