Just copy the link http://www.blaise.us/storage/files/people.zip into the address bar of you browser, and then press Enter, the download dialog will appear. If not, click the address bar to highlighten the address, and then press Enter, once or twice, the dialog will appear. Thank you for patience.

This sounds as though it is computer-generated speech in an Am.E accent. It is flat and has no intonation, and I would definitely recommend you do not adopt this speech pattern!
