 When you say you'd like to speak like broadcasters do, do you mean that you'd also like to modify your voice so as to sound more 'newsreaderish'? If you want to learn 'newsreader slang' I think you should listen to the news as often as possible and pay attantion to quaint expressions you hear. Some language schools also offer media classes, something that you might find interesting. In regard to acquiring a 'newsreader voice' I think eloqution lessons could have a great deal to offer.
