I have been learning English with a lot of software and Rosetta Stone was my first one. In 2000 I used to like it but I don't anymore and the reason is simple, it is not good enough and it is a very bad value for money but I wouldn't use it for free. If you are practising with software, there are certain problems like recording/voice recognitiation and communication. In order to make progress you need a good voice recognitiation. I am a big fan of digital publishing but the software isn't cheap. A futher disadvantage of Rosetta Stone is the concept. For a child it may be useful but not for an adult. For some languages like Japanese it is OK but not for English and French. In English you need to hear voices a lof and...

Re: English Learning Software

"Education is very powerful weapon that you can chance the world"

Re: English Learning Software

Anonymous wrote: hi
