thoroughly enjoyed that, I was not expecting that the movie could do it
justice, but I was pleasantly surprised. I think the movie was very
well done and I loved it. 
 Everyone I know who has seen it has enjoyed it and many have now
seen it twice. Maybe here in Australia we are all just big kids. 
I do however agree with Young Californian in that the scene at the
stone table did not have the impact it carried in the book and we do
not get to know Aslan in the movie.

It's by no means terrible, but their were numerous problems. None of the characters struck me as particularly interesting (well, except maybe Lucy), and the White Witch and Aslan were downright underdeveloped.
