While reading, I was going to say that I am for as strict regulation as possible, even for recreational drugs. But when I read till ethanol and nicotine... I don't know what about nicotine, but alcohol is a healthful thing if to use it in pretty small doses (even a snake's poison is useful in that case). So I don't think it should be banned. Tobacco leads some people to death, but others do live long despite they smoke rather a lot. Well, it's a controversial subject...
