I am telling you the truth about tibet.

just in simple words, i dont want to say too much.

Tibet is a part of China since 16th century, from Tsing Dynasty.

the tibetan who live in overseas, are the priority people in the old tibet, most tibetan still live in China are the slavers in the past, it is the truth.

if u have never been to tibet, u have no right to comment it. and i believe if people have ever traveled, livedin tibet ,u can find that it is harmony.

I can only say that the majority of Poles is against the Iraq war. I don't like the USA foreign power politics. I'm against resolwing conflicts by force by any country.

As regards Polish - Americans connections it is a result of the past history and present political situation of Poland.

A War doesn't solve problems, it only creates new ones, but the West should take a clear and firm stance on the matter instead of pretending that everything is all right and doing business with China.

China is not the only country exporting organs. Itâs sad that humanity can deteriorate to this level and in no way I condone this kind of animalistic practice. China has her problems as a developing country. But these problems are not unique only to China. I think freedom of speech is slowly being taken away and replaced by a politically correct system in the West. Has anyone heard any reference of another person being âfatâ or âgayâ lately?? hi, it seems that there would be a political forum here, eh? I can just tell you what the anti-Chinese films propagandize is simply not true. Tibet is part of China, like Jiangxi, Yunnan, Shanghai, Beijing and other provinces and cities of China. Tibetans live well --- even better than some of your *** liars. Live to lie and lie to live? Come to China and live in Tibet, then you can scrape more materials for making lies.

Do you like the situation when countries deal with matters quietly without witnesses? Do you think that information from these countries prepared by their authorities will be objective? If there arenât any other sources of information how you want to form your opinion about sb/sth?

I'm not sure why you seem bothered by my comment, Dominik. I thought it clear that I was criticizing the lack of freedom of the press that is prevalent in many countries (China and Russia being the two relevant examples). I fully support exposing oneself to news and media from around the globe in an effort to understand varying perspectives. If you feel that I wasn't being sensitive enough to people with limited sources of news, then I apologize. Nevertheless, the point remains that a news source censored by government is almost always going to be more unreliable than one which is not, and people with enough freedom to access this forum should understand that. It's hard for me to take Chinese criticism of Western media seriously when it is a fact that their government directly censors topics ranging from Tibet to Tiananmen Square. I'm not saying that Western media isn't biased or unadultered, but any thinking person would do better to trust sources that are unafraid to present relevant news which is critical of themselves and their society.

BTW: You say a lot about the West but the West doesnât worry too much about Tibet. The most important for it is Money and business. The West doesnât want to put himself at risk for Tibetans. It is said but true.

Well, the obvious follow-up question would be what exactly do you want the West to do? Start a war with China? Apply more pressure to the Chinese goverment? China has long demonstrated its belief that the "internal affairs" of any one country should be of no concern to anyone else. It does not take kindly to what it preceives as foreign meddling. Just look at the response to the protests of the Olympic Torch. Ironically, that same "money and business" that you seem to vilify may be what ultimately saves China. There's no question that freedoms and the standard of living in China have greatly improved as it has adopted more and more free market policies. I hope and believe that as China becomes more prosperous its people will begin to demand a direct say in the government. Democracy in China should, in time, facilitate honest discussions about its past.
