 How about
These materials, developed from the collection of individual experiences, are usually used to help foreigners who are doing business in partnership with residents of our country and others nearby.

Is there a better way to say ''do business with partners'', something involving ''cooperation''?
 Well, how about something like
Co-operate with partners in a business venture?
