Others may chime in with different interpretations, but if A is B's secret admirer, he is probably doing things like sending flowers or leaving little presents anonymously. She knows she has an admirer, but not who the admirer is. With a secret crush, B would never know that A likes her at all.

secret love

A like B secretly, and nobody around A knows, Can I say A likes B secretly? or else?
Is it called "a secret love of A for B"?
Are "have a secret crush on" and "a secret admirer" both ok?
Thank you in advance!
