I sent an email to a recruitment agency to cancel an interview since I already found a new job. The agency answered me the following sentence:

In our business what goes around comes around so thanks for taking the time to write and let us know.
I am not sure to fully understand the meaning of the sentence I highlighted in bold. Could anyone explain me what it means exactly?
Thanks in advance.
Regards, Ludovic
