D.O.A.. it usually means "Dead or Alive.. " not very sure abt the relevence with FRIENDS title track

It just means that your love-life - your romantic life - is so non-existant it's practically dead! You have no love- life at all. You haven't even got the early stages of one.

Ya, I found "D.O.A" from the "I'll be there for you" lyrics. I think It's the short form of any words. If anyones know it, please show me the meaning of it. Thanks!!
