 Some context would be helpful to us. 
 Perhaps this might explain your phrase. When they are shooting a scene in a movie, they often shoot it again and again. The first try is called 'Take one', the second is called 'Take two', etc. Thus, 'Take two' can be used to refer to a second attempt at something.
