My personal favorite is espresso chip. When I was a kid, I loved peppermint stick. Cookies and cream, mint chocolate chip, strawberry, coffee... those are all common flavors. Baskin Robins is an ice cream chain known for its many flavors - here's a link to their site so you can see them.
