&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color="#0000ff"&gt;and why is written in such a&amp;nbsp;complicated manner (double negative)? &lt;/font&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;It&amp;#39;s not really very complicated. It&amp;#39;s just a hyperbolic, emphatic way of speaking.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
