I don't know how to do it in other countries but in Russia you can send a sms-message by the internet from your provider's website

This is the first time I wrote a message,I hope it will be without any mistakes.

Yes, you can send messages to your phone by Internet(Computer), but debend on your Country.

There is a program called ICQ , can send messages to phones without display phone number for who will be recived it.

You need to find out the cell phone company of the personyou wish to send to. Almost all companies have a place on their website to do it.
