i had tried to use "purpose" to get as an "aiim" "goal" not proposal, proposed

I am interested as to why you do not see "proposed" as a suitable word, since this word shows that there is an intention or an aim to change the methods and implement improved ones..

Also, the answer relating to the accounting - it is correct to have "was done" in this sentence.

but i mean it (cost calculating process) was being done irregularly.

in old time , before i did the improvements they were doing it irregularly

is it correct still?

I think this goes that way because you can't say "was done". You must say "is doing", "has/had done" or "did".

Cover welding process is done by tig welding method. To handle the problems that took root from cover welding process have been purposed. In general the problems are operatorsâ health complaints, customer complaints and oozes. In this context ergonomy, metallurgy and industrial design science had been utilized. Especially in customer complaints and ooze rates, a reduction occured.

Cost calculating was doing irregularly in the firm. To calculate costs more fastly and more correctly had been purposed with a new cost calculating system. The generated system is running in the Ms Excel stage. Although the generated software calculates the costs efficiently, it needs some adjustments.

This is all.
