Hi Jackson,

I've read through your long article (to tell you the truth, I often omit this such kind of long posts on forums because it takes me a lot of time to read it ) However, this time I've read your post and YC's reply word by word. Though I'm a Christian, I'm rather offended at the way you wrote about Muslims. Other members had pointed out the problems of your writing, so my only piece of advice is that you should be more careful about this such controvesial topic and have a broader outlook.

it's very nice of you to appologize, but i think that muslims were offended because og the generalizing tone you spoke with. it's true that the Arab countries are not developped, but you spoke of Muslims who exist all over the world, and who are not only Arabs. those people are hard working people and they are giving a good example of how muslims should be . and there also Arabs whom you can take as an example. so please, next time try not to generalize because that's not nice.

I am sorry If I have offended you. See, I didn't say a word about Qur'an, Islam, Allah, or Muhammad. Can you find a single sentence out there in my article where I used a derogatory remark about Islam or Qur'an? Of course, not. I agree that the tone of my article is little offensive but it wasn't intended to be that way. It is because of my bad English. I chose bad combinations of words. My article was about the critique of the Muslims and in a way I was trying to say that they should make progress and should stand against any external power. All the Muslims countries are full of natural resources and still they aren't using them in a proper way. I am extremely sorry if you felt that I said something offensive against Islam and Qur'an. If you have any questions, then please let me have the opportunity to answer them.

he seems to be in another world ok its true that we christians belive wot ever the media shows but for jackson to say things like that about islam and its ppl muslims was very wrong it seems he hasnt read the quran he has just heard about it thats a mistake i mad as well untill i read it myself so plz forgive him

jackson u need to know that the quran is the only holy book that explainse the creation of the universe wich science just discovered and the scientific facts givin in the quran about the lif cycle of water and rain and how bees get hony from the flowers around it and lots of other scientific facts that we hav just come across in the last 600 years but the quran had all ready prooven it 1500 years ago so i so in other words if the quran can tell u all the things we found now 1500 years before i think thats the most clever religion and if ur a christian bro then u should no that the quran speaks alot more beautifuly about jesus then the our bible does in the bible i found pornography but i ignored it tell me is it neccessory to hav pornography in a holy book and they also prooved jesus a lier wen jesus had come back from the dead and he meats his deciples and he tells them that dont tell any 1 that am back i will surprise them tell me something does a god need to lei and how can god be a trinity but still 1 the word trinity is not even in the bible so how can we say trinity but 1 it makes no sense i think that the bible was changed by ppl over the years so now it has no meaning and it has dirty things in it if u wana no religion then i think u should readthe quran then u will undrestand jesus and about the muslims true muslims not the 1s claiming they r and doing bad things go on utube and watch the debates {ahmed deedat} has with christain scholers and other religion scholers and then u wont hav any complaints about muslims cuase this man ahmed deedat explains the bible better then any other scholer in christainnity and he beats all of his challengers thats how i was forced to read the quran wen i saw him beating all the christian scholers easily he is amazing remember (youtube)

According to Muslims, they are the most peaceful nation on this very earth. But I think every human being wants to live in peace except some so-called humans. These days Islam and Muslims have two different ways to go. Islam is a good religion but majority of the Muslims are educated illiterates.

It should be 'the majority of Muslims ... '

I agree with you in that Islam is a complete religion, I know that very well, not just because I'm a Muslim but because I'm convinced of it.

Dear friend Jackson, your article seems to be pretty offensive to muslims, and makes me to make conclusion that you have no real knowledge of muslims and Islam at all. It all gives me an impression that your thoughts are product of a wrong western media impact to people all arround the world. What you should have done before writing your rude and incompatibile essay is reading some articles or finding a web site covering question of islamic scientific or any other impact to western civilisation. Therefore, I'll propose you the website called www.muslimheritage.com in order to educate yourself better on this matter. If you're enough educated, firm, tolerant and human person, you'll most definetely read some of the many texts and articles at this interesting site. Afterall, who cares whether you'll do it or not, one thing is sure, people like you, actually know nothihg about islam, and I'm really sorry because of that, I really do.So, pls, take this advice seriously, and try to find out more about muslims, don't just make premature conclusions about this religious community..wish you all the best..

Well i've read your article and i want to reply this statement "No Muslim can ever become a good Muslim unless he is a good human" No muslim can ever become a good muslim unless he doesnt practice his religion according to Its principles.

I don't know what the hell everytime if any terrorism happens in Western Worlds then they directly blam out to muslim and regarding muslim names?doesn't it happen if someone is pretending to be a muslim and bombing around that is pathetic.Islam is a complete religion and it gives us the complete descriptions of every aspect of life.

Muslims are not that bad . maybe you listen and hear about the ones who make troubles all over the world.. what they are doing has no relation with Islam .. but dont make it general .. the majority of Muslims love peace and looking forward to it .

for your claims that muslims haven't don'e anything for the welfare of all mankind here is a website that might show the truth about those claims : http://www.khwarzimic.org/contribution-muslim/facts.html not mentioning that chemistry itself was started by muslims and wasn't he a muslim who found a medicine for alzahimer?

about the rest claims i guess YoungCalifornian has clarified the idea of considering muslims as one group and the others sounds like individual's actions though it sounds very odd to me that you haven't seen any good out of them well good and bad ppl are everywhere besides it would be better if u define "many" i mean how many muslims do you know

about "why they are so depending on west" well the west once was so much depending on them and on their science

perhaps you'd like also to tell why do they exactly say it's "jewish conspiracy" as i'm a muslim and to say the truth neither me not the ppl around do even mentions jews lol

about "terrorism" if the majority of muslims were so i would say it would be fair to consider tehm as terrorists but as for tehy are very few (remember muslims are 1.5 billion) so the statement doesn't make sense, remember genocides were made once because of that kind of thinking which tend to be "how the world of fanatics or close minded ppl goes" not "how the world goes"

for YoungCalifornian you were accusing jackson of using the term muslims as one though u did the same for dar'alharb and dar'alislam if some refers to the world as dar'alharb not all muslims are suposed to refer to it also as dar'alharb not mentioning that i've never heard of this concept but now!
