Of the 3 choices you offer, on grammatical and logical grounds I'd say 'accounts receivable'. Consider that you have 3 customers. Each has a separate account. Thus, you have 3 accounts. They all owe you money, which is 'receivable'. Hence, say 'accounts receivable'.
