Use "has" in the third person singular (with he / she / it ) and "have" in all other persons: They have lived here since 1990. We have just arrived. I haven't visited them for two years. Have you read 'Romeo and Juliet'? He has never been to England. My sister has already seen this film. This watch was working all right a moment ago, but now it has stopped. Has she done all the housework?  Plural  - We have finished. You have finished.  They have finished.
