1. We are still waiting for your confirmation to release shipment. This has also been requested by your Macau office. Otherwise, our invoice / payment will be held up.

2. After checking the relevant document, we found that the cost discount should be 2% sales commission plus 3% spare parts for the first shipment / order, and for a re-order only 2% discount and 3% spare parts is not applied. Have these terms been changed to 5% for every order? Would you explain to us in more detail, so that we can advise ABC Company?
